MBB Suffers Second Straight Road Loss at Texas A&M

The Buffaloes opened the game trailing 13-0 in the first six minutes, but quickly picked up the pace and battled back with a 26-12 run to take the lead, 26-25, at the half.
Acie Law IV scored 19 points, including nine in a 15-5 run that tied the game at 45-45 with 7:16 left. Law hit two jumpers, a 3-pointer and two free throws during the run. Josh Carter and Chris Walker also hit 3-pointers in that stretch.
The Aggies (14-7, 4-6 Big 12) pulled out to a seven-point lead on a 3-pointer by Walker with 3:45 left, but Colorado (15-5, 5-4) tied the game twice more down the stretch and went ahead by one at 58-57 on a free throw by Marcus Hall with 49 seconds left.
The Aggies got the ball on a turnover and Kirk hit the go-ahead jumper. The Buffs missed a free throw with a second left and Bennett responded with two free throws for the final margin.
Walker finished with 11 points.
Richard Roby led Colorado with 22 points, including four 3-pointers.
Texas A&M held Colorado to a season-low 58 points.
The Aggies scored 31 points off the Buffs' season-high 24 turnovers.
