Team Notes

-                       The Buffaloes continue to struggle when trailing at halftime, falling to 0-9 when down at the half. CU were down 35-32 today against Texas Tech at the break.

-                       With the loss today, the Buffs fall to 4-2 against the Red Raiders in Boulder.

-                       CU scored 69 points tonight, which is tied for the second most in Big 12 conference play this season. In addition, with 26 field goals made today, it also marks the second best effort for field goals made in a conference game.

-                       57 field goals attempts are the most attempted this season in Big 12 conference play.

-                       The Buffs allowed 87 points today and 34 field goals, both of which are the most allowed this season.

 

Richard Roby

With 25 points today, Roby has scored in double figures for the 100th time in his career at CU and it also marks the 22nd time this season. He has also scored at least 20 points for the ninth time this season and the 39 times in his CU career, which leads the Big 12 active players.

                Roby lead the Buffs in scoring for the 60th time in his career and the 14th time this season. Roby also lead the Buffs in                 rebounding with nine tonight for the 30th time in his career and the 12th time this season.

                Roby moved into a 3rd place tie on CU's career points list with Shaun Vandiver, who had 1876 points during his Buff career   from 1989-1991.

                With 39 minutes today, Roby moved into 3rd place on CU''s career minutes list, passing Donnie Boyce, who played 3528                 career minutes during his career from 1987 to 1991.

               

Marcus Hall

        Hall started today's game, moving him into a tie with Sande Golgart with 69 career starts. This puts him in a tie at the15th         position. It also marks the Hall's 113th game played at CU, moving him into a tie with Chris Copeland (10th all time).

       

Levi Knutson

Knutson changed jersey numbers from his original #24 to a backup jersey #55 (This was because of a knock to the face in the second half, which forced him out of the game for medical attention)

 

Cory Higgins

                Started for the 25th time in his Buffalo career.

 

Javon Coney

                Made his eighth appearance this season for the Buffs.

 

Jermyl Jackson-Wilson

                With 8 rebounds today, Jackson-Wilson had the most rebounds since Nov. 29th at Air Force where he pulled down 7                 bounds.

 

Caleb Patterson

                Scored his first points in Big 12 conference play. Patterson had 2 points today.
