Buffs Kick Off Indoor Season At Air Force

               BOULDER-The University of Colorado track and field program will kick off its 2010 indoor season at the All-Comers Meet on Friday, January 15, at Cadet Field House on the campus of the U.S. Air Force Academy.

               The Buffs will send 23 women and 21 men to compete in 20 events. The first event of the day is the women's weight throw at 3 p.m. The men will start competing at 4 p.m. in the long jump and pole vault.

               Colorado will send 17 newcomers (11 women and six men) to compete in the black and gold for the first time. The Buffs will primarily compete in the sprint and field events since the middle distance and distance athletes will not compete at this meet.

               CU will host its only indoor meet of the season, the Potts Indoor Invitational, on January 22 and 23, at Balch Fieldhouse.
