
Tennis Drops Match at Texas Tech

Milewski's come-from-behind victory over Sandra Dynka 4-6, 6-4, 6-2 at the No. 1 singles position was her 88th career win and 23rd of the year. Milewski moves into sole possession of second place on the school's all-time wins list and her three-set victory on Friday improves her Big 12 Conference record to 6-0.
It was Milewski's sixth straight win and 11th of 12 th victory since Feb. 7.
Probert won her third straight match, four of her last five, as she defeated Kelsy Garland, 6-4, 6-3. Probert also won her 15th match of the year, equaling her season-high for triumphs in season.
In doubles, CU failed to achieve the point, however did win the No. 3 doubles with senior Melisa Esposito and freshman Erin Sanders defeating Carolina Starck/Stefanie Peana, 8-5. Esposito/Sanders picked up their third win together in five matches and Esposito won her 76th career match moving into a first place tie for the school record in doubles victories.
Esposito tied current teammate Milewski and former standout Franziska Jendrian, who achieved the record last year.
The Buffaloes (10-9, 3-5 Big 12) travel to the No. 2 nationally ranked team in the country on Sunday taking on the Baylor Bears (19-2, 7-0).
