CU is the fourth conference team as the No. 6 seed to defeat the No. 3 in the last 25 years. They are the first since 2009 (USC beat Cal, 79-75); also happened in 1990: Stanford beat Cal, 77-61; 1988: Washington St. beat UCLA, 73-71. In the last 25 years of the conference tourney, the 2009 No. 6 seed Trojans were the only team to win the conference tournament championship.

Roberson had 29 rebounds against the Ducks this season.
Nate Tomlinson had four assists to give him 399 for his career, bidding to become the seventh player at CU with 400 career assists.
