Team

  • Colorado finishes in second place in the Omni Classic with a 83-61 loss to the University of Florida

  • The Buffaloes shot 87.5% from the free-throw line (21-24)

  • Every player who took the court scored for the Buffaloes including 14 points from the bench

  • Colorado trailed by 13 points after the first quarter then fired back in the second quarter making their first four field goals and cut the deficit to six points at half (39-33)

  • Three Buffs scored in double digits tonight against Florida [Leonard (16), Smith (11), Swan (10)]

  • Buffs are now 47-11 all-time in the Omni Classic

Jamee Swan

  • Took three charges in the first quarter

  • Collected seven rebounds to reach 614 in her career and needs only six more to move into 15th place all-time

Haley Smith

  • Tied a career-high and recorded a season high with two steals

  • Attempted a season-high 12 field goals and finished 4-of-12 shooting from the field

Kennedy Leonard

  • Led all scorers with 16 points

  • Tied a career-best with two steals

  • Attempted a career-high six three-pointers (2-of-6)

Bri Watts

  • Made her season debut

  • Dished out a career-high three assists, two more than her previous high at Missouri (12/12/14)

Makenzie Ellis

  • Recorded a career-high eight points after scoring four against UMass

  • Made a career-high three field-goals on a career-high six attempts (3-of-6)

  • Played a career-high 20 minutes
