Colorado improves to 7-1 and has won its last seven. It's the first seven-game win streak for the Buffaloes since the 2013-14 nonconference schedule when CU won 10-straight.
Colorado has averaged 87.0 points over its seven game win streak. With 88 points today, the Buffaloes set a new team record by scoring at least 80 points in seven consecutive games. CU had been tied with the 1990-91 team that had six in a row during a stretch in December-January of that year.
Colorado, which had entered the game averaging 15.9 turnovers a game had a season low seven giveaways.

Colorado trailed by 13 at the half (52-39) marking the 19th time the Buffs has rallied from at least 13 points down to win since 1947; and third time this year. Colorado trailed Omaha by 13 (45-32) at the 18:43 mark of the second half before winning 87-82. Colorado trailed Auburn by 15 in the first half before coming out on top 91-84. The Buffaloes wasted little time in coming back against CSU, opening the half on a 15-1 run to lead 54-53, 3:46 into the period.
Josh Scott (21 points, 11 rebounds, 9-of-15 FG) played in his 100th career game. He netted his second straight double-double, team-best fourth of the season and the 27th of his career. It was also his second straight of the 20-point, 10-rebound variety; the ninth of his career.
Scott moved past David Harrison for 14th on Colorado's all-time scoring list, now with 1,332. Harrison had 1,316 from 2001-04.
Wesley Gordon (15 points, 12 rebounds, 3 blocks, 7-of-9 FT) recorded his first double-double of the season and sixth of his career. He has three straight games with double-figure rebounds and has 52 total the last five games (10.4 rpg). Gordon had a season high in points, one off his career best. He also matched personal bests with seven free throws made and two 3-point field goals.

Josh Fortune (16 points, 6 assists, 6-of-6 FT) had an off night from 3-point range (0-5) but did everything else. He matched his personal best with six assists and has 12 over the last two games. He tied a team season best by going a perfect 6-of-6 from the free throw line. Fortune scored 10 of his points in the second half.
Dominique Collier (7 points, 7 assists, 2 steals) recorded a career-high seven assists, tying the team season high (Tre'Shaun Fletcher also had seven against Fort Lewis.
