BOULDER - Colorado's 22nd-ranked women's soccer team will host No. 9 UCLA on Thursday in a top-25 showdown. Kickoff is slated for 3 p.m. at Prentup Field and the match will be televised live on Pac-12 Network. The Buffs have won 11 of their past 12 matches and are led by freshman Taylor Kornieck, who is the Pac-12 leader in goals and points this season.
CU split two road matches last weekend, falling 2-0 to No. 3 Stanford on Thursday before rebounding with a thrilling 3-2 double overtime victory at No. 10 California on Sunday. Danica Evans had a pair of goals and Kornieck netted the winner with two seconds left in the second overtime period.
