Mahoney Announces Spring Schedule

BOULDER — The University of Colorado will face four 2015 NCAA Tournament teams this spring, including reigning national champion Nebraska.
The Buffs kick off their spring schedule on April 2 in Colby, Kan., where they will face Wichita State, which advanced to the second round of the NCAA Tournament, and Kansas, an NCAA semifinalist. The competition will start at 9:30 a.m.
The following week, April 9, CU will head north to Laramie, Wyo. The Buffs will square off against Wyoming and Colorado State, an NCAA first round participant, starting at 10 a.m.
Colorado will host one spring match in Boulder, welcoming Northern Colorado on April 21 at 6 p.m. The match will be played in the main gym at the Coors Events Center and is free and open to the public.
Spring competition will wrap-up on April 23 with a tilt against former Big Eight/12 Conference foe Nebraska at 1 p.m. The Buffs and Huskers will square off in what is expected to be a sellout crowd in Ogallala, Neb.
