Colorado completed its regular season campaign with a 7-22 overall record and 2-16 in Pac-12 play. Colorado has advanced to the tournament semifinals in two of the four years, including last year, when the team achieved the biggest upset in Pac-12 Tournament history as the No. 9 seed Buffaloes knocked off top seed and No. 8/9 ranked Oregon State, 68-65 in the quarterfinals, before falling to California in the semifinals.
Washington has a 9-8 all-time lead in the series and won both meetings during the regular season. The Huskies defeated the Buffs 76-74 in CU's Pac-12 opener on Jan. 2 in Boulder and also took the season finale this past Saturday (Feb. 27), 68-47 in Seattle. This will be the second Pac-12 Tournament meeting between the two schools. Colorado won 70-59 in the quarterfinals of the 2013 tournament.
