Buffs Hold Strong In National Rankings

BOULDER — There was no change in the lacrosse rankings for the Buffs this week as Colorado held strong at fifth in the Cascade/Inside Lacrosse and the Nike/U.S. Lacrosse Magazine polls, and remained sixth in the IWLCA Coaches' poll.
 
CU got back in the win column on April 7 with its first victory against Stanford, a 13-8 decision. Colorado improved to 12-1 overall, and maintained a perfect mark (4-0) in Mountain Pacific Sports Federation play.
 
The Buffs will face their sixth ranked opponent of the season on Friday, April 14, when they travel to Southern California to take on the No. 9 Trojans at 6 p.m. MT. CU will also face San Diego State on Sunday, April 16, at 1 p.m.
