Buffs Move To Fifth In Pair Of Lacrosse Polls

BOULDER — After suffering its first loss of the season, the Colorado women's lacrosse team slide from fourth to fifth in the latest Cascade/Inside Lacrosse and the Nike/U.S. Lacrosse Magazine polls, while in the IWLCA Coaches' poll, the Buffs moved from fourth to sixth.
 
The Buffs are currently 11-1 after earning a 9-7 decision against Delaware (March 29) and posting a 10-6 loss to then-No. 5 Stony Brook (March 31). They started the season with 11 straight wins, which broke CU's record for most consecutive wins.
 
The Buffs will host their final regular season home game this Friday, April 7, as MSPF rival Stanford will be in town. Opening draw is set for 3 p.m.
