Women’s Golf Finish Season Ranked 21st

BOULDER - The University of Colorado women's golf team finishes the 2017 season ranked No. 21 in the country in the final GolfStat Poll released this week. This marks the Buffs second best finish in school history behind the 2011-12 team who finished 11th.
 
The Buffaloes finish with a 96-43 record, which ties for the third best overall record in school history. The team recorded 10 top-10 finishes in 11 events played while recording their best conference finish in program history at the Pac-12 Championships finishing ahead of four top-20 schools.
 
Arizona State, despite winning the the 2017 NCAA title, finished second overall with 257 total votes. Stanford earned all 260 votes to finish as the No. 1 team in the country. The Buffs earned 240 out of 260 votes to close out their season in 21st place.
