Our final freshman for you to meet is Anyse Smith, a 5-10 outside hitter from Amarillo, Texas.
Getting to Know…
1. What is your favorite volleyball memory and why?
Beating our rival Amarillo High school for the first time in school history.
2. Who is someone you look up to the most and why?
My mother, because she can do anything.
3. Name a place you've always wanted to go to but never have been.
Italy. I think it would be fun to play professionally there.
4. Why did you choose to become a Colorado Buffalo?
Because I love the environment and I really like the vibe.
5. What is your favorite TV show?
Proud Family
6. Where do you see yourself in five years from now?
Playing volleyball for Team USA!
7. If you had to be stranded on a deserted island with one person who would you want that one person to be?
My sister because we are so close.
8. Do you have any hidden talents?
I can tumble
9. Did you play in any other sports growing up or in high school?
I ran track and played basketball
10. How many pairs of shoes do you currently own?
Too many to count!
11. Who is your best friend and how did you meet?
His name is DB; we met in high school.
12. What is your favorite part about being at the University of Colorado?
I get to be responsible
13. Name one celebrity you would like to meet and why?
Rhianna because she is my favorite artist and I relate to a lot of her music.
