Buffs No. 1 Overall Seed In Inaugural Pac-12 Tournament

BOULDER – The Colorado Buffaloes will be the top-seed in the inaugural Pac-12 Women's Lacrosse Tournament, April 26-29, at Prentup Field in Boulder.

Colorado, which earned the regular season championships on Friday with a 19-9 win over Oregon, finished the conference season with a 9-1 record. Â The Stanford Cardinal finished with an 8-2 mark in league play and will be the second seed in the tournament. As the top two seeds, the Buffs and Cardinal have earned a first-round bye and will play on Friday, April 27.

CU will take on the winner from Thursday's game between the No. 4 and No. 5 seeds, Oregon (4-6) and California (2-8), respectively, at 1 p.m. MT. Stanford will face the winner of the No. 3 (Southern California, 6-4) and No. 6 (Arizona State (1-9) seeds at 4 p.m. MT.

CLEAR BAG POLICY
In an effort to provide a safer environment for fans, the University of Colorado will continue its clear bag policy at the Prentup Field for all lacrosse and soccer games, which includes the Pac-12 Women's Lacrosse Tournament.Â

Fans may bring one clear bag no larger than 12 inches x 6 inches x 12 inches, or a one-gallon reseal-able clear plastic storage bag, into the arena. Fans will also be allowed one small clutch purse, no larger than 4.5 inches by 6.5 inches.         Â

Bags that are not allowed into the CEC include backpacks, large purses, oversized tote bags, camera bags and binocular cases, diaper bags, fanny packs and printed plastic bags.Â
