Buffs To Finish Fall Slate At Pac-12 Preview

BOULDER — The University of Colorado women's golf team will wrap up its fall schedule this week, November 4-6, at the Pac-12 Preview in Kailua Kona, Hawai'i.

The tournament will be played at the Nanea Golf Club, a par 73, 6,372-yard course. All 11 Pac-12 programs and Hawai'i will be competing at the tournament. Live results will be available here.

The Buffaloes have had a decent fall, finishing seventh or above in each of the first four tournaments. CU was fifth at the SMU Trinity Forest Invitational, sixth at the Betsey Rawls Invitational and was seventh at the WSU Cougar Cup and The Molly Collegiate Invitational.

Individually, the Buffs have recorded three top-five performances. Senior Kirsty Hodgkins has two of those and sophomore Malak Bouraeda has the other. Hodgkins tied for second at the Betsy Rawls Invitational, shooting a 10-under 206, and was second at the SMU Trinity Forest Invitational with a 6-under 210. Bouraeda tied for third at the WSY Cougar Cup with a 6-under 210.

Hodgkins is averaging a team-best 72.42 stroke average. She has shot three rounds in the 60s and has five sub-par rounds this fall. Second for the team is Bouraeda (73.75), while redshirt sophomore Alisha Lau is third (74.17).
