#NFLBuffs: Oliver Seals The Game
September 17, 2019 | Football
Second-year Falcons cornerback Isaiah Oliver put together a great performance against the Eagles with six tackles, four of which were solo, and two pass breakups in a 24-20 victory. The biggest play of the night came on a fourth-down stop when Oliver was able to wrestle Eagles tight end Zach Ertz away from the first down marker, ultimately helping the Falcons seal the victory with 30 seconds left in the game.

"We kind of knew it was going to come down to us at the end. That's how we like it."

Following up his great performance from last week was 49ers cornerback Ahkello Witherspoon, who posted five tackles (three solo) and two pass breakups in a 41-17 victory over the Bengals. For the second week in a row, Witherspoon picked up some great motivation from his All-Pro teammate Richard Sherman.

"He's playing fantastic football and he deserves everything that comes his way.
I think he's learned to be self aware and self motivated and that's going to benefit him down the road."#49ers
Paul Richardson recorded three catches for 16 yards in a 31-21 loss to the Cowboys, but was able to pick up his first touchdown since week six of the 2018 season (23-17 victory over the Panthers on Oct. 14).

Â
Phillip Lindsay picked up 36 yards on 13 rushes while adding 30 more yards on four receptions in the Broncos 16-14 loss to the Bears.
Â
