Buffs Announce 2019 Fall Lacrosse Schedule

BOULDER — With fall practice underway, the University of Colorado lacrosse team will play several competitions in the following weeks as they prepare for the upcoming 2020 season.

The Buffs officially started full fall practices on Sept. 9 and played their annual alumni game on Sept. 14. This coming weekend, Sept. 28-29, CU will head to North Carolina for three competitions. On Sept. 28, the Buffs will compete at the Duke Play Day where they will face the Blue Devils and North Carolina at Durham, N.C. CU will then face Eastern Carolina, Sept. 29, in Greenville, N.C.

CU will have three more competitions in the state of Colorado during October. First up, the Buffaloes will host Notre Dame on Oct. 21 at Kittredge Field. The following weekend, the Buffs will play at the Denver Play Day, Oct. 26, and will host Pac-12 foe Arizona State Oct. 27. At the Denver Play Day, CU will have the chance to see DU, ASU and Oregon.

The Buffs are coming off another great season where they recorded an 11-8 record and advanced to the second round of the NCAA Tournament. The Buffs finished second in the Pac-12 with an 8-2 mark.
