Colorado Continues Fall Action In California

BOULDER – Colorado women's tennis will continue its fall season this Friday through Sunday at the SMC Fall Invite hosted by St. Mary's College in Moraga, Calif.

The team will send most of the squad in the third tournament of the fall under new head coach Anthony Pham.

Colorado recently competed at the Bedford Cup at Air Force, going 11-9 in singles and 4-5 in doubles. Prior to that, Maria Campos, Caroline Pozo and Megan Forster competed in the Battle In The Bay Classic where they went 2-5 in singles and 1-5 in doubles. Mila Stanojevic, Antonia Balzert and Betina Tokac all lead the team with three wins this season.

Veteran Megan Forster is set to play in her 66th match of her career with 35 wins, the most of all players on the team. Sophia Derivan will look to make her first appearance this weekend for her junior campaign.
