CFP Foundation Set for #ExtraYardWeek Saturday in Boulder

BOULDER – Attention all teachers! ESPN's College GameDay will be on Colorado's campus this Saturday, September 16th.
It is also during CFP Foundation's Extra Yard for Teachers Week (#ExtraYardWeek), where College GameDay celebrates teachers nationally with help from schools, conferences, and bowls.
ESPN College GameDay will be celebrating teachers this weekend by highlighting teachers who have made a lasting impact, and would like to invite local teachers to be a part of this television experience.
Teacher Appreciation Gathering and Donut Breakfast
The CFP Foundation loves to host any teachers planning to be out at College GameDay for a teacher appreciation coffee and donut gathering with prizes, giveaways and even a chance to be recognized as a group on air. The College GameDay show begins at 7 a.m. and ends at 10 a.m., however teachers will not be required to stay after they are featured live on television. We will learn Saturday morning what time the teachers will be shown.
College GameDay asks that participating teachers/school staff arrive no later than 6:30 a.m. They are welcome to bring their families with them to get into the spirit of Extra Yard for Teachers Week, and teachers in attendance will have a chance to win a DonorsChoose gift card!

Educators work tirelessly each and every day to positively impact their students, and they do this so selflessly. Because of this, College GameDay wants to ensure teachers feel appreciated for the work they do, so we are excited for the opportunity to celebrate teachers on a national platform this weekend.
