Colorado Close to Home for Weekend of Competition

BOULDER – The University of Colorado women's tennis team continue in its fall competition this weekend, heading to Denver for the Pioneer Hidden Dual Tournament. Â

Colorado will join Denver, Wyoming, and Weber State for three days of competition at the Denver Tennis Park, Oct. 24-26th.
Â
The Buffs currently hold a 34-18 record over the Pioneers, with 11 wins on Denver's courts. Â Their last match up was earlier this year for Colorado's home opener, when the Buffs defeated DU, 5-2.
Â
With a short history against Wyoming, the Buffs are looking to add to their 4-1 record over the Cowboys. The last dual resulted in a 4-0 shutout over Wyoming in 2022. Â Â Â
Â
The Buffs haven't faced Weber State since 1996, when they held a six-match win streak outscoring the Wildcats 32-16.

Colorado is expected to begin at 11 a.m. (MT) Friday and Sunday, and 9 a.m. on Saturday. Â Â Â
