Rosen, Miranda Earn NWSL Non-Roster Invitees

BOULDER – Colorado's Rachel Rosen and Phoenix Dawn Miranda were extended non-roster invitations from National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) teams as the league continues its training camps.
Rosen will join the 2023 NWSL champions, Gotham FC, while Miranda will train with Seattle FC.
A graduate student in 2024, Rosen helped captain the Buffs to a 12-5-5 record and a second straight NCAA Tournament appearance. She contributed defensively in all 11 of CU's shutouts this season. Rosen started 17 of CU's 22 matches this season and played 1,322 minutes.
Rosen started 61 matches and played in 85 in her five years in Boulder. She scored four goals and handed out 12 assists, having played across all three levels on the field. Rosen, a two-year captain, ranks ninth in program history in assists. She set the CU record for consecutive matches with an assist in four games from Sept. 10-28, 2023.
Miranda, a senior in 2024, made a career-high 21 starts in her final season. She was ranked No. 82 in Top Drawer Soccer's Mid-season Top 100 and helped the Buffs to 11 shutouts. Miranda's lone assist of the season came on the game-tying goal in CU's 2-1 win over Utah in the Big 12 Tournament. She was second on the team last season, playing a career-high 1,685 minutes.
The Aiea, Hawaii native, scored her first career goal, recording the game-winner against Northern Colorado in 2023, and was the team's 2021 Newcomer of the Year. She wrapped up her career with 41 starts and appeared in 73 matches while assisting the Buffs in 29 career shutouts.

NWSL roster requirements state that teams may carry a maximum of 26 players and at least three must be goalkeepers.
