Xavier Hill played in 11 games with 10 starts on the offensive line in 2025 and logged 703 snaps, the third most on the team. He allowed three sacks and one additional quarterback hit and was the third-highest graded pass blocker in the Big 12, ranking first among guards.

Preston Hodge earned All-Big 12 honorable mention honors in 2025 after starting all 12 games. He recorded 56 tackles, 13 pass breakups, three quarterback hurries, one interception and one fumble recovery. He played in 21 games over two seasons at Colorado, totaling 89 tackles, 20 pass breakups and three interceptions. He joins a group of recent Buffaloes in Jacksonville, including Travis Hunter, Cam Silmon-Craig and BJ Green II, who were rookies for the Jaguars last season.

Arden Walker started 11 games in 2025 and recorded 46 total tackles, including 4.5 for a loss with 2.5 sacks. He added nine quarterback hurries, one pass breakup and recorded Colorado's lone safety of the season. He played in 36 career games with 15 starts, totaling 91 tackles, including 11 tackles for loss with eight sacks, along with 14 quarterback hurries and two forced fumbles.

Kaidon Salter started nine games at quarterback in 2025 and threw for 1,414 yards with 10 touchdowns. He added 356 rushing yards and five touchdowns on the ground.
