2021: Indoor: Competed four times for the Buffs, running the 200 and 60 hurdles.
Outdoor: Competed seven times for the Buffs ... Set a 400 hurdle personal best of 52.85 at LSU Alumni Gold ... Finished season running the 400 hurdles at the PAC-12 Championships.

2020: Indoor: Posted a personal best time in the 200 at teh MSPF Championships in 22.25, finishing 17th ... Ran a season best in the 60 hurdles at the Air Force Invite of 8.37.
Outdoor: Canceled due to COVID-19.
2019: Indoor: Clocked a personal best of 8.36 in the 60 hurdles at the Air Force Open ... Ran a personal best in the 200 at the Colorado Invitational in a time of 22.28.
Outdoor: Ran a personal best in the 400 hurdles at the Tom Bench Invite in 52.92 ... Placed ninth in the 400 hurdles at the Pac-12 Championships, barely missing scoring ... Ran a season best time of 15.22 in the 110 hurdles.
2018: Indoor: Monestime’s freshmen indoor season was focused on the 60-meter hurdles and the 200-meter dash. He recorded a personal record at the Colorado Invitational in February in the 200 meters, clocking in at 22.44. In the 60-meter hurdles he recorded a personal record of 8.54 at the Air Force Invitational in January.
Outdoor: Monestime competed in the 110-meter hurdles and the 400-meter hurdles during the 2018 outdoor season. In April at the Colorado Invitational, Monestime recorded a personal record in the 110-meter hurdles, clocking in at 15.15 for third place. At the Jerry Quiller Classic in March, Monestime finished in third place with a time of 54.64 in the 400-meter hurdles, also a personal best for him.
 
HIGH SCHOOL:  Monestime began hurdling as a sophomore at Cherokee Trail High School.  He broke the school record in the 300-meter hurdles when he won the Centennial League Championship (37.93) in 2017.  As a senior, he placed second in the 300-hurdles at the CHSAA Class 5A State Championships.  Also at the state meet, Monestime anchored the second place 4x100-meter relay team and ran lead leg of the 4x200-meter relay (fifth place).  Monestime also placed seventh at state in the 110-meter hurdles with a 14.83.  Throughout the season, Monestime ran first leg of the 4x400-meter relay and competed in the long jump.  He was named CTHS’s track MVP, second team all-state, CHSAA Academic All-State First Team, 2017 Aurora Sentinel All-Aurora and was an AP Scholar.
 
HS BESTS:  300-meter hurdles: 37.93; 110-meter hurdles: 14.83; 4x200-meter relay: 1:28.23; 4x100-meter relay: 42.26; long jump: 21-4.50
 
IN THE CLASSROOM:  Monestime is a mechanical engineering major.
 
PERSONAL:  Kellen Monestime was born February 4, 1999 in Fremont, Calif.  He is the son of Marc and Paige Monestime of Aurora, Colo., and has a brother, Chase who is a sprinter at USC and a sister, Quinn.
