2018 Distance Medley Relay, 7th (10:15.36)
2021: Indoor: Ran one 800m at the Razorback Invitational.
Outdoor: Competed five times ... Set a personal best of 1:51.00 in the 800m at the GCU Invitational ... Finished season running the 800m at the PAC-12 Championships.
2020: Indoor: Raced three 800s for the Buffs, finishing his season at the Husky Classic and running a season-best 800m of 1:54.04.

2019: Indoor: Raced three 800s for the Buffs, finishing his season at the MPSF Championships.
Outdoor: Raced five times for the Buffs, focusing on the 800m ... Set a 400m personal best of 50.32 at the Jack Christiansen Invitational.
2018: Indoor: Ramos’ debut season with the Buffs was focused on the 800-meter run. He had his best race at the Colorado Invitational in January where he finished in sixth place with a personal best of 1:53.15.
Outdoor: Ramos competed in both the 800- and 1500- meter runs during his 2018 outdoor campaign. At the Bryan Clay Invitational in April, he recorded a personal record in the 800-meter run, clocking in at 1:52.25. At the Pac-12/Big Ten Challenge, he crossed the finish line in 3:56.68 in the 1,500-meter run, another personal record for Ramos.
HIGH SCHOOL: Ramos competed in both cross country and track and field for Montezuma Cortez High School. On the track, he excelled in the 800. He ran a personal best at the CHSAA 3A State Championships en route to a runner-up finish in the 800-meter run (1:55.62), also setting a school record. Ramos also qualified for the state finals in the 400, finishing 10th overall with another PR (50.91). On the cross country course, he earned his best finish at state as a senior, placing 41st overall.

IN THE CLASSROOM: Ramos is an engineering physics major.
PERSONAL: Joshua Dallas Ramos was born on January 14, 1999 to Joe and Jennie Ramos in Lubbock, Texas. He has one sister, Jordan, and one brother, Justice, a member of the CU cross country and track and field team.
