2021: Indoor: Competed twice, unattached, in the 200m and 60m hurdles.
Outdoor: Competed nine times for the Buffs  ... Scored in the 400m hurdles 100m hurdles at the PAC-12 Championships, with a respective 4th and 8th place finish ... Qualified for the NCAA Championships in the 400m hurdles, finishing 19th and earning All-America Honorable Mention. 

2020: Indoor: Competed five times for the Buffs ... Set a 60m personal best of 7.66 at the Air Force Invitational.
Outdoor: Canceled (coronavirus)

2019: Indoor: Had a strong indoor season where she ran a new best 8.4 in the 60-meter hurdles ... Broke the school record in the 4x400-meter relay at the Tyson Invitational (3:36.25).
Outdoor: Had her best outdoor season that cumulated in an appearance in the NCAA Outdoor Championship in the 4x400-meter relay and the second-fastest 400 hurdle performance in school history ... She finished one spot away from qualifying for the NCAA Outdoor Championships with a 13th-place finish in the West Preliminaries ... Had a strong Pac-12 Championships with a new best in the 100 hurdles at 13.77 ... Also placed sixth in the 400 hurdles, sixth in the 4x100 and fourth in the 4x400.
2018: Indoor: Henderson competed in the 200-meters, 60-meter hurdles and the long jump during her 2018 indoor campaign, and recorded personal bests in all three events. Henderson placed third at the Colorado Invitational in February in the 200-meter dash with a time of 24.63. At that same meet, she earned second place in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 8.60. At the Air Force Invitational in January she earned fifth place in the long jump with a distance of 19-3.25/5.78.
Outdoor: Kick off the season with a pair of personal bests in the long jump at the Pac-12 vs. BIG TEN Challenge and a 100 hurdle run of 14.02 at the CU Invitational. Set her personal best in the 400 hurdles in the prelims of the Pac-12 Championships and ran three-hundredths of a second slower for sixth in the finals. Was a part of the third place 4x100 and the sixth place 4x400 relays.
 
2017: Indoor: During her freshman season, Henderson participated in a variety of events, but her main one was the 60-meter hurdles. She recorded a personal best time of 8.79 in the 60-meter hurdles at the MPSF Championship (2/25) where she placed 16th overall in the preliminary round. Henderson also competed in the long jump at the MPSF Championship, finishing 11th overall (18-2.25). Her PR in the long jump was a second place finish at the Joe Davies Classic (19-2) one week before the league meet, which was the best jump by a Buff during the indoor season.
Outdoor: During her freshman outdoor season, Henderson ran in the 100-meter hurdles and 400-meter hurdles. Her fastest time in the 100-hurdles came earlier in the season at the Jerry Quiller Classic (3/18), clocking in at 14.48 for second overall.
She set her PR in the 400- hurdles (1:00.13) at the Cardinal Classic (4/21) that was the fastest time among CU women hurdlers during the outdoor season. At the Pac-12 Championships, Henderson helped pick up some points for the Buffs’ team score. She placed sixth in the 400-hurdles, clocking in at 1:00.78 and ran the third leg of the fifth-place 4x400-meter relay team, which recorded a time of 3:41.38. She went on to compete at the NCAA West Preliminary Round, ending her season with a time of 1:00.34.
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Henderson focused mainly on the hurdles in high school and owns the district 300-meter hurdles record at 42.31. She was also named the USATF Gulf Association Most Outstanding Athlete. Henderson was recruited by Texas Tech, Texas State, Houston and Kansas.
 
IN THE CLASSROOM: Henderson is a psychology and sociology major and has recorded a GPA greater than 3.70.   
 
PERSONAL: Eriana Henderson was born on September 9, 1997 in Houston, Texas. She is the daughter of Eric and Yvonne Henderson and has four older sisters, Erial, Erin, Carletta and Erica.
