CU HEAD COACH ANN ELLIOTT
Ann Elliott is in her third season as the only head coach in the University of Colorado's brief women's lacrosse history. She has led the Buffaloes to a 22-15 record, guiding the program to the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Tournament semifinals in both seasons. Ann came to Colorado from Northwestern University. As a player at Northwestern, Coach Elliott won three NCAA National Titles and was an All American defender. After graduating in 2007, Ann stayed involved in lacrosse and took the Assistant Coaching job at NU in 2008 where she helped lead the Wildcats to three more NCAA titles. Coach Elliott is

CU ASSISTANT COACH ALEX FRANK
Alex Frank is in her first year as an assistant coach for the University of Colorado lacrosse program, joining the staff on July 15, 2015. Frank came to Colorado after serving as an assistant coach for three seasons at Boston College. Her lacrosse career spans seven years, first beginning in 2008 as a midfielder at Northwestern University. She played her entire collegiate career under head coach Ann Elliott when Elliott was an assistant on the NU staff from 2008-12. As a member of the Wildcats, Frank helped her team with three Division I National Championships, first in 2009 and then back-to-back titles in 2011 and 2012.

CU ASSISTANT COACH KAILAH KEMPNEY
Kailah Kempney is in her first year as an assistant coach for the University of Colorado lacrosse program, joining the staff on Aug. 5, 2015. Kempney makes the move to Boulder after finishing a stellar four-year playing career at Syracuse this past May in which the Orange combined for an impressive 74-19 record. During her time as a student-athlete, she competed in a program-record four consecutive Final Fours and made two National Championship appearances. Kempney is an Academic All-American and a 2015 Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association second team pick.
