2015-16 Colorado Men's Basketball Season Ticket Renewal - FAQs
Parking is free for basketball games. However there are a several lots that do require parking permits. These permits are free and are based on donor level and priority points and can change from year to year.
Only one parking pass is permitted per account.
There is ADA parking available on Regent Drive, this parking is first come, first serve.
Away game tickets must be purchased through the opposing teamsGÇÖ ticket office.
Single game tickets will go on-sale after October 1. Tickets are based on game by game availability.
This year everyone will be able to upgrade their seats on their own through a system called Seats3D. All season ticket holders will receive information soon on how to upgrade their seats. Upgrades will continue to be based on donor level and priority points and accounts that have a zero balance.
Seat upgrades will begin in Mid July and will be based upon donor level and priority points.
Yes, this year everyone will receive an e-mail about upgrading their tickets. Customers will no longer need to add a request to their renewal to upgrade seats.
GÇ£PreferredGÇ¥ or GÇ£priorityGÇ¥ seating donations, while required, are a common way that public institutions provide an additional benefit to season ticket holders (in the form of a charitable tax deduction) that would otherwise be charged to them via increased season ticket and parking prices. These funds are essential to the day to day operation of CU Athletics and go directly to support student-athlete scholarships and other general operating expenses. Any donor or patron that is interested in learning more about the operating budget of CU Athletics and the need for support can be directed to the 2015 Buff Club Membership Guide (pages 2, 3, & 6) for additional information.

The doors off of Regent Drive will open 90 minutes before tip-off in order to attend the pre-game function in ChipGÇÖs Corral. All other doors and the ticket office will open 60 minutes prior to tip-off.

Yes, you can request a payroll deduct form at cutix@colorado.edu. This form must be submitted by the deadline.
Yes, Faculty/Staff receive a 20 percent discount on the price of the ticket, not the donation. The discount can only be taken on 2 tickets, anything over 2 season tickets will be at the public rate.
The C-Club is former student-athletes who played at the University of Colorado-Boulder. These individuals also pay a minimum $60 dues per year.
Yes, as long as the C-Club member pays their dues, they will receive a 20 percent discount on 2 season tickets on the ticket price. The donation must be paid in full. In addition, if C-Club member is in their first 3 years of graduation they will receive up to 2 complimentary season tickets. (Donation will still apply.) You can call into the CU Athletic Ticket Office and request a paper renewal be mailed to you.
You will be invoiced for a full season ticket. Those that pay in full will be able to participate in our on-line upgrade process.
