He has also added 15 receptions for 198 receiving yards and three touchdowns with a 21-yard passing touchdown on offense.
- During his junior season, he was a key member of the 15-1 State Championship-winning team. He recorded 91 tackles, 22 tackles for loss, nine sacks, four forced fumbles, one fumble recovery, one interception, 21 quarterback pressures, 17 QB hits, and two defensive TDs.
- In the State Championship, he played seven different positions in Carthage's 28-14 win against Waco La Vega, producing nine tackles, four tackles for loss, 2.5 sacks, and a 24-yard touchdown reception.
