AT VALDOSTA HIGH SCHOOL

Played three years of varsity football at Valdosta High School for two different head coaches Rush Propst and Shelton Felton.
He finished his high school career with 228 tackles, 108 tackles for loss, 34 sacks, 51 quarterback hurries, three forced fumbles, and two interceptions while adding 10 touchdowns offensively.
He was named first-team all-state, as well as defensive player of the year his sophomore, junior, and senior season.
In his final season he put up 98 tackles, 34 tackles for loss, 12 sacks, 16 quarterback hurries, one interception and one forced fumble. He tacked on three touchdowns on offense.
His junior season he had 55 tackles, 32 tackles for loss, 11 sacks, 20 quarterback hurries, and one forced fumble. He added seven touchdowns rushing.
During his sophomore season he registered 66 tackles, 40 tackles for loss, 11 sacks, 12 quarterback hurries, and one forced fumble.
Starting his career he had nine tackles, two tackles for loss, three quarterback hurries, and one interception.
