Casey Dowling originally joined the Herbst Academic Center staff as a subject tutor in 2018 and started serving as a Learning Specialist in 2020. Casey is currently working towards her master’s degree in U.S. history here at CU and worked as a teaching assistant for the history department on a range of undergraduate history courses including “America Through Baseball” and “American History since 1865.”

Casey earned her bachelor’s degree in U.S. history and participated in Track and Field as a student-athlete at the University of New Mexico from 2012-2016.

Casey enjoys spending free time cooking, travelling, and cheering on Buffs athletics with her husband, Markus.
