College?This Season: With her talent, Rokos is looking forward to having Beresford for four seasons. With that eligibility, she will bring stability to the team. A hard worker, she will move up and challenge the talent of CU?s upperclassmen.

High School?Beresford was a member of the National Honor Society her sophomore through senior years at Dillon. She spent the summer at the National Development Camp and CU?s ski camp. Other?Beresford skied as a member of Team Breckenridge from 1995-2000 and has been a member of the Quantum Sports Club since. In March of 2002 she finished second in the overall in the Junior Olympics in Beaver Creek, Colo. and 21st in the slalom at the U.S. Nationals in Sugar Bowl, Calif. A month later she won the slalom at the Loveland (Colo.) Derby in Loveland Valley and won all four events at the Rocky Mountain Trophy Series Finale.

Academics?Beresford is an architecture and planning major at Colorado.

Personal? Amy Elizabeth Beresford was born Aug. 22, 1982. She is the daughter of Gary (a ski instructor) and Nancy Beresford of Dillon, Colo. Her younger brother Gary is a junior at Summit. She enjoys biking and painting and volunteers for Habitat for Humanity.
