- Ran the 400 leg on the second place DMR at Big 12s
- Ran a personal best of 46.69 (400m) at the Colorado Classic to place third
- Ran a personal best of 21.50 (200m) at the Colorado Invitational to place second
2024-25
Indoor:
- Clocked a season-best 47.36 in the 400m at the CU Invitational (Feb. 1), finishing second overall.
- Ran 47.42 in the prelims of the Big 12 Championships.
- Helped the 4x400m relay place 10th at Big 12s (3:11.24) and 7th at the Jarvis Scott Invite (3:10.06).
- Also ran on Colorado’s distance medley relay that placed third at conference in 9:38.14 a CU record.
Outdoor:
- Qualified for the NCAA West First Round in both the 400-meter hurdles and 4x400m relay.
- Ran 51.94 in the 400H and helped the relay clock 3:09.68.
- Set a season-best 51.87 at the Desert Heat Classic to place ninth.
- Contributed to CU’s fourth-place 4x400m finish at the Pac-12 Championships in 3:06.91.
2023-24
Indoor:
- Opened the season with a third-place finish in the 400m (48.71) at the Potts Invitational.
- Posted three sub-49-second performances during the season.
