2018: Indoor: Grandemange focused on the weight throw during the 2018 indoor season. She won the Air Force Open in February with a distance of 54-6.75/16.63. She also won the Colorado School of Mines Twilight Classic in January with a distance of 53-6.5/16.32.
Outdoor: During the outdoor season, Grandemange competed in the discus, hammer throw and javelin. In the discus her best finish was at the Jerry Quiller Classic in March where she earned third place with a mark of 140-08.5/42.88. At the NCAA Prelims in April, she recorded a personal best of 195-11.0/59.71 in the hammer throw. Grandemange won the Tom Benich Invitational in March in the javelin, with a distance of 138-01.00/42.10, a personal record for her.

2017: Indoor: Grandemange participated in the weight throw during her second season with the Buffs. She recorded a personal record of 54-9.50 at the Husky Classic (2/11), which was the best mark by a Buff that season.
Outdoor: Grandemange threw discus, hammer and javelin for the Buffaloes during her sophomore season. She led all CU throwers in both the discus and hammer throw. Her season best in the discus (142-72) was at the Tom Benich Invite (4/2) where she recorded a seventh place finish. She competed in both events at the Pac-12 Championship. She was 16th in the discus, but earned all-conference honors with an eighth place finish in the hammer throw with a PR of 183-9.Â

2016: Indoor: Grandemange competed in both the shot put and hammer throw in her first season with the Buffs. She launched a season-best mark in the shot put (34-4.25) at the Air Force Invite (1/23), placing ninth overall. Grandemange competed in the weight throw at seven meets. Her personal best, a 53-9.75 mark, came at the MPSF Championships. She placed 16th and her mark is seventh on CU’s all-time performers list.
Outdoor: Grandemange threw the discus and hammer during her first outdoor season with CU. She recorded a personal best in the discus at the Tom Benich Open, placing fifth with a mark of 147-1. Her PR of 182-7.50 in the hammer throw came at the CSM Invite, where Grandemange was the runner-up. She competed in both events at the Pac-12 Championships and placed 14th in both.

AT KENT STATE (2015): Redshirt. Did not compete. Grandemange did compete at the 2015 U.S. Junior National Championships in the hammer throw and placed 10th with a toss of 167-9 (51.15m).
HIGH SCHOOL: Grandemange was ranked 12th nationally in the hammer out of high school and was a two-time Washington State discus champion. As a senior in 2014, she won with a throw of 144-11 and in 2013 she recorded a throw of 138-00 for the win. Grandemange is the KHS discus record holder with her mark of 144-11. She was also successful in other throws. In 2014, Grandemange was the state runner-up in the javelin, recording a mark of 131-10.Â

PERSONAL: Elisa M. Grandemange was born on June 4, 1996 in France. She is the daughter of Dominique and Leila Grandemange of Durham, Conn. She has one older brother, Jeremie. Grandemange moved to the United States when she was six. Her mother was a professional ballerina and she grew up performing ballet as well. Grandemange also enjoys hiking and being outdoors.
