HIGH SCHOOL: Christopher-Moody lettered in both cross country and track and field at West Bloomfield High School. She earned three consecutive top-10 finishes at the Michigan High School Athletic Association LP Division 1 Finals, culminating with a runner-up finish in her senior season. In that race, she moved up from 16^th to second with 800-meters left to run, which she lists as the biggest moment in her high school career. Christopher-Moody also ran the Foot Locker Midwest Regionals her final three years in high school and earned her highest finish (10^th) as a sophomore in 2016. She would go on to place 23^rd at the Foot Locker Cross Country Championships that same year. A three-time all-state honoree, she was named the Detroit Free Press Cross Country Runner of the Year (2019). On the track, Christopher-Moody won several titles, including the league championship in the 800 and 1,600-meter runs in 2017. At the state meet, she went on to place eighth in the 1,600, finishing with a personal best 4:55.87. As a freshman the year before, she was third at the state meet in the 1,600, this time running 4:57.53, which at the time was a PR. She also excelled in school, graduating Summa Cumme Laude. Christopher-Moody was a member of the National Honor Society, an AP Scholar with Honor, and was named West Bloomfield High School’s Athlete-Scholar of the Year as a senior.
