High School: A four-year letter winner in both track and cross country, Moody holds prep records at Moriarity (N.M.) High School in the half mile (2:25) and mile (5:29). Her sophomore team was league champions and a state-runner up by a single point. Moody transferred from New Mexico to Platte Canyon High School in Bailey, Colo., where she finished her career.

Personal: Sarah Anne Moody was born Feb. 28, 1982 in Santa Cruz, Calif. She is the third of Will and Alana Moody?s four children. She was a member of the Colorado Crew team her freshman and sophomore years at Colorado. Moody is also on the Buffs? cross country team and is a psychology major.
