She upended her twin sister (Suzie) in the Sawtell Junior Classic to take the individual title. A year ago she was runner up in the Yamba, Sawtell and Armidale Junior Classics, the Sawtell Ladies Seaside Classic, the Coolangatta Ladies Amateur, and Coffs Harbour Ladies Classic while finishing third in two additional tournaments. She was a selected member of the NWS Combined Independent Schools team which won the NSW Schools' Championships where she finished fifth individually. Her NSW All Schools State Team finished second in the Australian National Championships. As a 17-year-old in 1998, she won the Yamba Junior Classic, the NSW Junior Girls Foursome Championships and the Sawtell Junior Classic. Fisher earned runner-up honors in the Sawtell Ladies Seaside Classic, the Bellingen Junior Tournament, the Coffs Harbour 27 and 54-hole event and the Grafton and Casino Junior Classics and fifth in the NSW School Championships while qualifying for the Greg Norman Junior Masters. The natural southpaw plays right-handed and is one of the top-ranked junior golfers in New South Wales, playing off a 3-handicap. She will bring a career-low round 70, shot in Grafton, NSW at the Jacaranda Ladies Open, into Boulder. Fisher also ran cross country and played soccer and basketball.

Personal: Born June 24, 1981, in Australia, she is the daughter of Rod and Amanda Fisher or Korora, New South Wales. Her twin sister Suzie, the Australian School Girls Champion, is a freshman on Tulsa's women's team.

In The Classroom: Fisher will carry a 3.50 GPA into her freshman year at Colorado and is interested in studying business.
