High School – Lettered four years on the girls’ golf team at Libertyville for coach Jim Seward. She became only the second girl in Libertyville history to qualify for the state tournament, and her years at Libertyville marked the most successful girls’ golf team stretch in school history. She was the team’s co-captain as a senior, and was a two-time all-conference selection as a junior and senior.
Other – Warenski was one of two Colorado student-athletes elected by their peers to represent the university at the 1997 NCAA Foundation Leadership Conference in Florida, and is currently involved on the executive committee of the Student Athletic Advisory Committee at Colorado. She took top honors in the 1996 Pine Meadow Junior Tournament before departing for Colorado after her senior year of high school, and placed in the top 10 of every junior tournament she participated in that summer. She lists the biggest moment of her high school career as walking down the final fairway at the sectional tournament, knowing that she was going to represent her school in the state tournament.

In The Classroom – Warenski is on schedule to graduate in May with a business degree in marketing and carries a 2.967 grade point average into her final year.
