1998-99 – She emerged as CU's top scorer, averaging a team-best 77.90 stroke average, the best season average to date in CU history. Her season-best rounds of 72 came in the first and final rounds of the Heather Farr Memorial in September, leading her to medalist honors in the tournament as she shot 72-75-72 for a 3-over tournament score of 219. It was the first tournament win for a CU golfer in school history. Allbright played 29 rounds during the season and 25 counted towards the team score (out of 26 rounds; three rounds were played as an individual). Twenty-one of her rounds were in the 70s. Over the summer, she finished 10th in the New England Women’s Amateur and also participated in the Futures Tour tournament at Green Mountain National G.C. in Killington, Vt.

1997-98 – Sparkled in her first action at Colorado, registering an 82.85 stroke average (the third best mark on the team) in 20 tournament rounds. One of five Buffs to earn first-team academic all-Big 12 honors.

1996-97 – Practiced the entire year as she adjusted to the move to Colorado after transferring from Hamilton college.

1995-96 – Attended Hamilton College in Clinton, N.Y., where she participated on the men’s golf team (the school didn’t have a women’s team) for coach Bob Simon.

High School: Earned four letters for the Kimball Union girl’s golf team, honored as a senior with the “Coach’s Award” as the team’s outstanding contributor. Also played defense for Kimball’s ice hockey team, where she was a two-time recipient of the “Coach’s Award.”

Other – Her hobbies include hiking, skiing and “anything outdoors.” Allbright was recruited by Northern Arizona, James Madison, UNC-Greensboro, Charleston Southern and William & Mary coming out of high school. She transferred to Colorado because of its “location and the high quality of the women’s golf program.”

Personal: Born November 13, 1975, in Hanover, N.H., Allbright is majoring in mathematics at Colorado.
