1997-98 – She wrapped up her college career with an 87.43 stroke average in 14 rounds as a senior. She matched her career-best round of 79 in the first round of the Colorado Invitational in September. Over the summer she took top honors in Montana Women’s State Amateur and the Bozeman City Championships.

1996-97 – Turned in another steady season-long performance, playing 24 tournament rounds and registering an 85.79 stroke average. Eighteen of those 24 rounds (.750) counted toward the team total, and she tied her single-round career best with 79s at the New Mexico Spring Intercollegiate and the Susie Maxwell Berning Invitational. Her top finish was a tie for 41st at the Berning Invite. She was one of Colorado’s four academic all-Big 12 selections.

1995-96 – Saw dramatic improvement in her game, as she dropped nearly six strokes off her 1994-95 mark to 85.80. She recorded two Top-30 finishes on the season, her best in the NIU Snowbird Intercollegiate (t18th) and the other coming in the Ohio State Buckeye Invitational (t30th). Her 84.71 fall stroke average was third-best on the team.

1994-95 – Posted the team’s third-best stroke average (second best among returning players). During the summer, she finished seventh in the Montana State Amateur and second in the Bozeman City Championship. Fired the team’s only sub-80 round of the season with a 79 at the Northern Illinois University Snowbird Invitational. Played in eight tournaments in the opening season, with 14 of her 17 (.824) tournament rounds counting toward the team total.

High School – She lettered four times in golf at Bozeman High School for coach Jim Thompson, as she was the team’s No. 1 golfer and most valuable player her sophomore through senior years. She earned first-team all-state honors three times, leading Bozeman to three consecutive AA state titles. She was the Montana State high school champion as a junior (she shot a 76-83 – 159, winning by eight shots; her career highlight was walking down the 18th hole on the second day with the huge lead). As a senior, she was the state runner-up (shooting 89-86 – 175 in miserable rainy and windy conditions, finishing three off of the lead). She won three tournaments as a senior, including Bozeman’s own invitational, where she shot her career-best round (74). She owned stroke averages of about 82 as a senior and 85 as a junior. She also lettered one time in volleyball, earning all-conference honors as a senior.

Other – She was a two-time member of the Montana state team that participated in the Junior America’s Cup (including a 15th-place finish in 1993). She also finished second in the state’s junior stroke play championships as a 16- and 17-year old.

Personal – Born May 31, 1976, in Billings, Mont. She is majoring in business at CU. Hobbies include mountain biking. Her father (John) played football at Eastern Montana.
