Nicole Levy
Nicole Levy is in her third year as an assistant coach at the University of Colorado.
 
Her first season with the Buffs (2019-20) was cut short due to the Covid-19 pandemic, but in that time CU recorded a 3-2 record. In the final two games of the season, the Buffs scored a combined 40 goals against Oregon (21-5) and Coastal Carolina (19-8). Sophomore Charlie Rudy was named the Pac-12 Offensive Player of the Week after scoring 12 goals and four assists in the two contests.
 
During her second season, Colorado recorded an 8-7 record and finished 4-3 in Pac-12 play. The Buffaloes advanced to the championship game of the Pac-12 Tournament for the third consecutive year, thanks in part to a pair of two prolific attackers, Rudy and Sadie Grozier, who accounted for 84 of the Buffs’ 176 goals.
 
During the summer of 2021, Levy played in the inaugual season of the Athletes Unlimited lacrosse league and scored 20 goals during the five week season.
 
Levy joined the CU staff in the summer of 2019 after finishing up her four-year collegiate career at Syracuse, where she earned a degree in Human Development & Family Science. She recorded 81 assists in that time, which is eighth in Syracuse history. She also finished her career 10th on the school’s all-time points chart with 222, and was just the 10th player in program history to reach 200 career points. Levy was named to the Tewaaraton Watch List three times, earned all-region honors four times (twice on the first team and twice on the second team) and was selected to the All-ACC second team as a senior.
 
In 2019 as a senior, she started in all 21 games for the Orange and totaled 29 goals and 27 assists for 56 points. Levy ranked second on the team as a junior with 51 points and 41 goals, and as a sophomore, she totaled 25 goals and 22 assists for 47 points.
 
In her freshman campaign, she racked up the awards. Levy was named the Lacrosse Magazine Rookie of the Year, the ACC and ECAC Rookie of the Year, was an Inside Lacrosse All-Rookie Team honoree and was selected to the NCAA All-Tournament team. She tied for third on the team in scoring with 68 points and finished third in both goals (46) and assists (22) while starting in 18 of 25 games played.
 
A native of East Islip, N.Y., she graduated from East Islip High School in 2015, while lettering in lacrosse and field hockey.
