Sophomore (2003):  She didn't see any game action as a sophomore.

Freshman (2002):  Lamberty found a home at the center forward position, splitting game time with sophomore Nicholle Taylor.  She came off the bench in 13 games and had 26 shots on the season, including 10 in the last four games She was only one of three Buffs to connect on a score and an assist in a single game in ?02, having done so against Eastern Illinois in the 4-1 Colorado win.

High School:  A four-year letterwinner for California High coach Lee Munson, Lamberty's Grizzlies teams won the 1999, '00 and '02 East Bay Athletic League and 1999, '00 North Coast Sectional Championships (finishing second in '02) while only dropping a pair of games those two seasons.  In December of 2000 California was the third-ranked team in the nation by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA).  She also ran cross country and played basketball (point guard) and softball (shortstop) at California.  In 1997 California's softball team advanced to the state regionals.  On the club level she played for the San Ramon Illusion and Pleasanton Rage.  In 1998 the Illusion were the Pleasanton Tournament Finalists, WAGS Division A Champion, No Cal District III League Champions, 1999 Nor Cal State Champs and Western Regional Finalist.  A year later Illusion repeated its Nor Cal State title and won the Western Regional Championship.  She's fresh off an U-17 youth national championship.   Her U-16 2000 team was the Pleasanton Friendship Consolation finalists, No. Cal State Premier League Champions, WAGS Cup Bracket Semi-Finalists, Raleigh-North Carolina Tournament Champion, 2001 Nor-Cal State Champs and Western Regional Semi-finalists.  In 2002 the Rage won the state cup for the fourth straight year, and regionals, and won nationals in Maryland. 

In The Classroom:  Lamberty is an open option major at Colorado.

Personal:  Born September 10, 1984 in Livermore, Calif., Kristina Ann Lamberty is the daughter of Jim and Liz Lamberty of San Ramon, Calif. and the younger sister of Todd, a junior at Chico State.  She also enjoys snowboarding at Lake Tahoe.
