Senior (2000): Dillman played in 10 games as a reserve midfielder/defender as a senior. She did not record any statistics.

Junior (1999): Dillman played in 19 of 20 games as a backup on CU's defensive half of the field. She had one goal and 10 shot attempts for the season. Her goal was the game-winner in a 2-1 win over Iowa State on Oct. 8.

Sophomore (1998): Dillman emerged as a major contributor after a snakebitten start to her collegiate career. Played in all 20 games, starting 14 of those at both the midfielder and defender positions. Registered nine shots in her game time as a sophomore, bringing her career total to 11. Dillman was voted the most improved player by the coaching staff for her continued contributions and improvement on the field. 

Redshirt Freshman (1997): Her second torn ACL in as many years cut short Dillman's 1997 season when it was just five games old. She registered two shots on goal in those five games of action.
 
Freshman (1996): Redshirted after tearing an ACL before the season began. 

High School: Dillman was a four-year letterwinner at E.O. Smith High School for coach Micky Fitzgerald. She was a first-team all-state selection in both 1994 and 1995, was tabbed all-conference in her junior and senior seasons, and was named the conference MVP in 1995. She filled duties as E.O. Smith's team captain her junior and senior campaigns and led E.O. Smith in scoring her senior season with 21 goals and 16 assists (58 points) in 16 games, for an impressive 3.63 points-per-game average. E.O. Smith was a combined 30-3-5 in her final two seasons, winning the league championship each year, and the team advanced to the to the state tournament semifinals her senior season. An all-around athlete, Dillman also participated in track (two letters) and basketball (one letter), qualifying for the state tournament in the former in both the discus and the 4xl00-meter relay. 

Personal: Born August 3, 1978, in Rockville, Conn., Dillman is undecided on her major at Colorado, but was an honorable mention academic all-Big 12 selection in 1997. Her parents are James and Mary Dillman of Mansfield, Conn.
