She recorded a career-high 12 blocks and season-high 14 kills in the Buffs’ upset win over No. 11 UCLA (9/27). That blocking performance tied for fourth on CU’s all-time chart and also earned Lindow the Pac-12 Defensive Player of the Week (CU’s first player of the week since joining the conference in 2011). In the second round of the NCAA tournament against No. 10 Minnesota (12/7), Lindow recorded 10 kills on 14 errorless attempts to hit a career-high .714. She finished the season averaging 1.23 blocks per set, which ranked seventh in the conference.  Lindow put up 118 total blocks as a senior, 11th on the all-time single season chart for CU. She recorded 426 career blocks during her time as a Buff, which is third on the CU’s career list, and become one of four Buffs to record 400 or more career blocks. She was named the team’s defensive mvp for her dominant blocking performance during the season.

As a Junior in 2012

Lindow proved to be one tough player during her junior campaign, starting in all 32 matches and playing in all 116 sets. For the third straight season, Lindow led the Buffs in blocks; this time posting 141, almost doubling her output from her first two seasons (152). The 141 blocks is seventh on CU’s single season chart and here 293 career blocks are eighth in CU history. She averaged 1.22 blocks per set which ranked eighth in the Pac-12. Lindow also put up a career-high 10 blocks against Arizona State in a five-set come-from-behind victory. She had two other matches earlier in the season where she had nine blocks. Lindow started the season by earning all-tournament team honors at the Omni Hotels Colorado Volleyball Classic and the Maddie Bingaman Memorial. She had six matches during the season where she had 10 or more kills and recorded nine matches with a hitting percentage of .400 or higher. Lindow tallied a career-high 15 kills against Northern Arizona (9/1) and hit .667 against Howard (9/8) with nine kills and one error on 12 attacks.

As a Sophomore in 2011

Lindow continued to make an impact for the Buffs as she saw action in every single match. She was seen for the first time early in the season as an outside hitter, and then was moved to the right front position to help with blocking before becoming a middle blocker for the team again. Lindow had an impressive season as she ranked second on the team in total kills (227), first in total blocks (80) and second in points (275.0). Lindow again led the team in blocks per set (0.76) tying with senior Anicia Santos. Lindow’s leadership and versatility in all the front row positions helped her to surpass several career-highs this season. She recorded a career-high eight blocks against Sienna (9/9) where she also tallied another career-high 17.5 points. Lindow notched 15 kills in CU’s five-set come-from-behind victory against Washington State (11/18), its first Pac-12 win of the season.

As a Freshman in 2010

Lindow quickly became a Colorado standout making her first career start in the Buffs’ season opener against Furman (8/27), where she recorded 12 kills.  Lindow’s career-high 13 kills was recorded against Montana (9/4) just one week later.  Lindow led the Buffs in scoring twice this season against Nebraska (9/18) and Baylor (10/9).  A strong blocker, Lindow led her team with 0.74 blocks per set and recorded six blocks in three different matches throughout the season.  Lindow also recorded a career-high hitting percentage of .579 against Kansas State (11/27), which was a 2010 team best, with another 12 kills and only one error on 19 swings. Lindow totaled 187 kills and hit .191 while adding 72 total blocks her freshman campaign.
