-          CU started their third different lineup of the season tonight

-          CU failed to score a basket in the first four minutes of the game ? matching last year's draught vs. Oklahoma at the Big 12 Tournament in the first four minutes

-          CU's 14 points scored in the first half is the fewest points scored in the first half in a non-conference game since scoring 14 at San Diego (Dec. 21, 1986); CU lost 61-51

-          Overall, CU's 14 points scored in the first half is the fewest since netting 14 at Nebraska, Mar. 9, 2008 (CU lost 68-49)

-      CU scored less than 50 points for the first time since scoring 49 vs. Oklahoma (Mar. 14, 2008, CU lost 54-49)

-      TCU's win ties the all-time series at two

 

Cory Higgins

-          Started in his 38th consecutive game

-          Was the lone player in double-digits for CU; he is the first CU player since Marcus Hall (15 pts.), Feb. 16, 2007 at Kansas

-          Led the team in minutes, points, and rebounds this game with 16 points and eight rebounds in 38 minutes

-          Scored 10 or more points for the fifth time this season

 

Nate Tomlinson

-          Did not play tonight due to a right foot injury; will be evaluated Thursday

 

Jermyl Jackson-Wilson

-          Recorded one block in tonight's game; he has had a block in every game this season and leads the team with seven

 

Ryan Kelley

-     Played a season- and career-best nine minutes and recorded a career-high six points

-     Led the team with two 3-pointers, shooting 100% on the night

 

Javon Coney

-          Played a season-high and career-best 21 minutes and netted a field goal for his first points of the season

 

Toby Veal

-          Played in four minutes of the game, the most time he has seen this season

 

Andrew Zehnder
