Weather Affects Track & Field, Soccer Events

BOULDER -- Friday's snow storm along the Front Range has affected the schedule for upcoming University of Colorado spring soccer and outdoor track & field events.
Friday's spring soccer match between CU and Metro State, scheduled for 3 p.m. at the indoor practice bubble, has been postponed and will be made up at a later date.
Saturday's Potts Invitational track & field meet has been cancelled. Snow from the storm continues to accumulate and is not expected to stop soon and icy conditions are expected overnight as the temperature decreases, leading to safety concerns for the meet's competitors. The Potts Invitational will not be made up but the Buffs will host the Colorado Invitational on April 10 at Potts Field.
Colorado's tennis match against No. 22 ranked South Carolina is on as scheduled for the Millennium Hotel Harvest House Bubble on Saturday, at 11 a.m. Click here for more details.
