CU Notes:
Colorado is 5-0 for the first time since the 2000-01 season.
Colorado had had winning streaks of five games or longer in four of the past five seasons. This is the first 5-game winning streak since the 2007-08 season where all five victories during the streak are by double-digits.
The Buffaloes win their 3rd straight Omni Classic title and their 15th in 24 previously contested tournaments (no champion in 2006).
Colorado improves to 40-10 all-time in its holiday classic.
Colorado evens its series record with Wisconsin at 1-1. It's CU's first win over a Big Ten opponent (not counting Nebraska) since a 92-83 win over Iowa on Dec. 2, 2001.
After shooting just 61.5 percent from the free-throw line over the first two games (24-of-39) CU is 84.2 percent over the last 3 games (32-of-38).
Colorado held a 31-23 halftime lead. CU has scored at least 30 points in the first half of each of its five games, the first time the Buffaloes have achieved that since the 2000-01 season.
Colorado's +19 advantage in rebounds is its most since out dueling UC Riverside 49-29 (+20) in the first round of the 2011 WNIT.
Sophomore Brittany Wilson had two 3-pointers. She has had two or more in four of five games (0-for-4 at Texas A&M-CC)
Junior guard Chucky Jeffery finished with 14 points and 11 rebounds, recording her second double-double of the season and the 12th of her career. It is also her 13th double-figure rebounding game and her 41st double-figure scoring game.
Meagan Malcolm-Peck had a season-high eight rebounds.
Lexy Kresl had a career-high 16 points. Her 8-for-8 performance from the free-throw line is a personal best and team season-best. She improved to 14-of-15 from the line this season (.933).
