On Colorado's third quarter
"That was a great third quarter. It was a much-needed quarter. We talked all week about what a tough, physical team Nevada is. We knew that was what the game was going to come down to. I thought Nevada was tougher than us in the first half. We had a lot of turnovers at halftime because of that. The second half we did a much better job of taking the aggressor role."
On Quinessa Caylao-Do
"Q was fantastic. She is a coaches' dream. She buys into her role so well. Her first two years she was our defensive leader. Now she has worked so hard to expand her role. She is still our best defensive player, but she has put in so many hours in the gym that she has become a great shooter. She is aggressive to the basket and finishing. She is absolutely invaluable to us right now."

"Everyone gathered together after halftime. We got together and talked about what we needed to do on defense. We figured out what was and was not working for us. We came out and pushed the ball and got going in transition."
