2005 Outlook: He is currently training hard to become acclimated with collegiate running, as he continues to advance his training skills with hopes of being a bigger contributor in distance races come May.

Cross Country: Mosley joined the team as a walk on prior to the 2004 campaign, and ran in three races with a season best 14th place finish at Air Force.

High School: Moseley was a four-time letter winner in track at Thunder Ridge. He graduated holding school records in the mile (4:26), the two-mile (9:47), the 800-meter (1:59) and 5K (16:02), as he was a league champion in each event. He was a first-team all-Continental and all-state honorable mention selection as a senior. He also lettered once in cross country and was named to the first-team all-league squad.

Academics: Moseley was a first-team all-Continental member in academics all four years of high school. At Colorado he is an open options major with a first semester 3.6 grade point average that put him on the fall ’04 Commissioner’s Honor Roll. He is interested in film studies as a major at Colorado.

Personal: Micah Moseley was born to parents Thomas and Ann-Marie Moseley in Minneapolis, Minn., on June 30, 1985. He chose Colorado because “it is a great running school in a great city.” He worked at a Christian sports camp in Missouri during his summers in high school. His father played basketball for the University of Minnesota and Texas Christian University. Grandfather, Richard Moseley, served as the defensive backs coach for University of Colorado football team from 1979-81 and then went on to be a defensive coach for the University of Northern Iowa and Kansas, and then an NFL position coach for the Buffalo Bills and Green Bay Packers.
