What sparked your interest in the Ralphie program?
Seeing her run on game day growing up was a big part of it, but it was my brother in law who kept telling me I had to be apart of the program.
What does Ralphie mean to you?
It means carrying on a tradition that has been going on for 50 years and proving year after year she’s still the best mascot ever.
What's the hardest part of being a Ralphie Handler?
I would probably say workouts are the hardest part. Lifting first and then going to do sprints definitely makes you sore the next day.
What's the best part of being a Ralphie Handler?
Being able to work with a live mascot almost everyday, and being involved with a group of people who are just as passionate.
What's one thing that surprises people the most when they ask you about being a Ralphie Handler?
A lot of people are surprised by how much time we dedicate to the program, and how in shape you actually have to be.
What's one thing about Ralphie that surprised you the most after becoming a Ralphie Handler?
How calm and sweet she actually is. Once she starts to know you better she really calms down and is super interested in what you’re doing.
What are your hobbies?
I really like to be outdoors at all times and be super active. I especially love to ski and mountain bike, and I like to go fishing or hunting when I can.
